This week on the Exploring the Mind! podcast, Michael Lovitch interviews the amazing Paul Hannam (view bio) to talk about Personal Change, Leadership, The Green Movement and how it relates to movie Groundhog Day!

Paul is founder and Chairman of several successful businesses in recruitment, training, consultancy and marketing. The first business he set up in 1988 grew rapidly to achieve annual revenue of over $50 million in 2000. In early 2007 Paul co-founded Bright Green Talent with Tom Savage with the mission of recruiting the brightest and the best talent in the world to work for organizations that are committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Paul taught at Oxford University Environmental Change Institute and was an Adjunct Fellow of Linacre College from 2002 to 2005. Even more interesting, Paul wrote the book, “The Magic of Groundhog Day” which is one of the best books on personal change ever written.
